When OCD takes over, the weight often falls on you — and sometimes the whole family.
OCD doesn’t just affect the person who struggles with it. It can reshape routines, relationships, and daily life -leaving much of your family's energy focused on managing anxiety and distress.
Do any of these sound familiar?
-
Constantly rearranging your day to avoid triggering your loved one
-
Feeling torn between supporting them and keeping the household steady
-
Carrying guilt, fear, or worry that never seems to let up
-
Wondering whether anyone else really understands what you’re going through
You don’t have to carry this alone. There is a way forward.
A Path Forward — With Structure, Guidance, and Support
When OCD is part of your family, it can be hard to know what to do - or whether you're responding in ways that actually help. This five-week program is designed to give you a clear structure and practical guidance, so you're not left guessing or trying to figure things out on your own.
Each week, you'll move through:
-
Short, focused video lessons that teach specific skills
-
Worksheets, exercises, additional videos to help reinforce learning and help you apply what you're learning in real-life situations
-
Weekly live coaching calls where we review questions, and walk through real scenarios together
Rather than handing you information and leaving you to figure it out, this program is designed to support you as you practice new responses, with guidance along the way.
And if you want continued support beyond the five weeks: you can choose to join our ongoing community for continued skill-building, learning, and connection - including new monthly lessons to help you keep practicing and deepening what you've learned.
5 Weeks to Break OCD’s Grip — One Building Block at a Time
This program is designed as a structured, step-by-step journey. Each module builds on the one before it, guiding you from understanding how OCD operates to responding in ways that are more grounded, intentional, and aligned with your values.
Because each step builds on the last, modules are meant to be completed in sequence. This allows you to develop a strong foundation before moving forward - and to apply each new skill in a way that makes sense in real life.

A Calmer Home. Stronger Connections. More Space from OCD.
When your family begins responding to OCD differently and practicing new skills consistently, it can create conditions for change over time. While every family's experience is different, many begin to notice positive shifts as OCD becomes less central in daily life.
With steady use of these steps, you can expect changes like:
-
Less daily conflict and fewer escalating cycles
-
Clearer, healthier boundaries that reduce stress for everyone
-
Greater confidence responding to difficult moments without feeding OCD
-
More ability to support a loved one while staying grounded yourself
-
More space to focus on what matters - not just OCD
Change doesn’t happen all at once. But as these skills are practiced and refined over time, many families experience greater clarity, steadiness, and relief from the constant pull of OCD.

What Parents Are Saying
"Before this course, I felt like every time my daughter asked me for reassurance, I was drowning in frustration and pain for her. Taking the course and learning how my role could actually make things worse or better helped me and gave me confidence and now I can't imagine going back. You guys were so great and so kind and patient. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge."
- Heather
"Before the course, I was very immersed in my son's struggles. I was trying to rescue and fix him. I learned to take a step back and tell him that I believe in him and trust he will make the right decisions. This was huge in our relationship. I learned how not to reassure his fears and accommodate them and how this will help him thrive. Katie and Katie were very compassionate and really listened to my story and gave very valuable advice. I felt heard and really feel a shift in how I feel about my son's OCD. The pain doesn't feel as deep, and I learned how to recognize my own anxiety around my son's OCD. I highly recommend this course to any parent struggling with their child's OCD."
