Meet the Coaches

Katie Fitzgerald, MA has worked in the behavioral health field for 17 years, most recently in outreach roles supporting families, providers, and treatment programs serving individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses, including OCD and anxiety. She has led consultation groups for therapists learning to work with OCD and has facilitated family support groups through multiple International OCD Foundation chapters.

Having lived with untreated OCD for over 20 years before finding effective help in her early thirties, Katie brings a firsthand understanding of how OCD functions—and how families can support recovery in informed, compassionate, and sustainable ways.

Katie Richburg, LCPC is a licensed therapist with 20 years of experience across outpatient, hospital, school-based, and residential mental health settings. She has specialized training in OCD through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and has led family support groups for loved ones of individuals with OCD.

As a wife and mother of two, Katie brings both clinical expertise and real-life perspective—helping families navigate OCD with greater confidence, clarity, and steadiness.
